Selling

Listing your Practice is a difficult decision. To some it seems like giving up, to others it's the beginning of a new journey, with freedom.


If you are ready to move on, the decision is easy: I will visit your practice when it is closed (usually evenings or weekends), take some pictures, go over reports, accounting  and tax returns. I then enter your data into my software and an automated algorithm determines what we think the Practice can be sold for. This however, is just a suggestion, we will discuss the results and determine a marketing plan that suits your needs. Dental offices are selling well.


To insure the confidentiality of you listing; I require an NDA and issue an access password to view listing details and video. This insures that your staff will not access the system, or others that you want to conceal it from.

Leasing - Lease Negotiation

Lease negotiation is a delicate issue; for the buyer, seller or renewal. As a seller if the buyer introduces a negotiator to them and they have an adversarial relationship, the landlord can kill the sale. On the other-hand, the buyer wants to get a fair deal.  I employ a gentle negotiation system with the landlord, because If your buyer backs out we need to be able to introduce a new buyer to the landlord, and have no residual hard feelings.


If your lease is in need of renegotiation I will charge you a fee, I won't extort the landlord for a commission. I will be working for you; if I take a commission from the landlord, it is not clear who the boss is. And, if he is willing to pay me a commission it should flow to you in concessions or reduced rent.


Be wary of leasing specialists that tell you it will not cost you anything.
